Upper Body Lifts Yesterday:
Incline BB: 5x5x200
Chin-Ups: 3x12xBW
Flat BB BP: 3x10x195
Lat Pulls: 3x10x200
Arnold Press 3x8x55 & Decline 3x6x185
I wish I could do more volume but this seems to keep me from falling off totally.Substituted this in for my upper body work today. Felt great, raised the weight on some of my lifts too
