CBL Day 48
Wanted to do some light cardio just to get some activity. Hit the stadium to run seats. Did that 6 times along with to sets of climbs up. A few 60% sprints. Nothing to taxing just wanted to get a sweat. A lot of people were there this morning.
My upper back is crispy after the hex bars deads. Looking back it was 48-50 reps with some decent weight. Last set was 8x335.
