Wanted to do some light cardio just to get some activity. Hit the stadium to run seats. Did that 6 times along with to sets of climbs up. A few 60% sprints. Nothing to taxing just wanted to get a sweat. A lot of people were there this morning.

My upper back is crispy after the hex bars deads. Looking back it was 48-50 reps with some decent weight. Last set was 8x335.

How is your body weight looking like so far
Haven't weighed in in a few weeks, and honestly I've been coming hot on cals. Trying to reign it to where I need to be. Big picture it's been about right so far.

I have a new respect when people say eating to gain is a chore.

No scheduled workout today. I like adding the light cardio to Saturday morning. My front lower leg muscles are feeling it. How is that muscle is never discussed?

Sitting at outside at Starbucks eating breakfast enjoying the weather.

Workouts for Monday and Tuesday already in the note pad. Meals for Monday-Wednesday already loaded in MFP.

Upper Body: Felt pretty damn good today. I got to bed earlier which made a difference. I had a pump just of 3 warm-up sets on the flat bench. Wrist is feeling better than it has in months.

Superset: Incline Bench Press 3x12x160 and Chin-Ups 3x12xBW
Dips: 3x8xBW+25
Superset: Decline Bench Press3x10x180, 1x9x180 (Dropset 1x135x15) and Lat Pulldows (4x10x170)
Superset: DB Rows: 4x12x85#>Lateral Raises 4x12x30# and Push-Ups 4x25
Arnold Press: 3x20x25#

Wednesday Cardio at the stadium

6-stadium seat runs

It was pitch as black by the time I got there. Sweated my butt off because it was so damn humid. I can feel my cardio getting stronger by adding these sessions.
