dead last in money spent on the oline

dead last in money spent on WR

but hey let keep dumping resources into the defense :beli:

if we draft a CB or a fukking safety in the 1st round we're gonna get the same results we keep getting every year

the theme of this draft should be improving in the trenches on both sides of the ball and adding offensive depth

we had to play multiple playoff games with Steven fukking Sims and Anthony Miller getting snaps at WR but nikkas talking bout drafting a damn safety :snoop:

didnt we just add 2 rookie safeties last year that we didnt use at all?

didnt we just draft TJ Tampa last year and not use him at all?

why tf do we need to keep adding depth at positions where we already have young players who havent even played yet

shyt makes no sense

Seen that post earlier but didn't think much of it since, a good amount of our offensive linemen still on their rookie deals
Stanley is on a discount
Linderbaum is about to get overpaid
A lot of free agent offensive linemen were overpaid

Diontae Johnson was the contingency plan for Flowers/Bateman injury...He been a clown, no one would've predicted he crashout and refuse to play

We need a Safety or CB.
We need an outside CB that can start or at least take snaps from Awuzie
If Starks of Emunwari is available @ 27, very likely they're the BPA (best player available) at that point...why not?

We're not generating enough turnovers

or its just that they dont pay offensive players

in the last decade the only offensive players they've paid is Lamar,Stanley, and Andrews

if you arent gonna pay offensive players the least they can do is use the high draft picks on offense

makes no sense to dump all your money and high draft picks into the defense

we dont need a safety or corner

we have starters at all those positions

yall want us to use our 1st round pick on someone whos not gonna start?

makes no sense

improving the dline will generate more turnovers than drafting a DB

We just need to go BPA
I don’t care if it’s Defensive Line or DB or Edge or Offensive Line…just go BPA

Very likely it leaning towards DB based on the mocks

Which draft year should the Ravens have went high on offensive? I feel like its easy to say in hindsight. Plus its empty statements without examples of a year, position, player.

If its BPA then it definitely won’t be a DB

Yall overrating tf outta some of these DBs

I can see Starks getting 1st round hype but Emunwari? dude is another Obi Melifonwu

great athlete, not a good football player

I wouldn’t even take him in the 2nd let alone the 1st

Starks does the same thing as Kyle.

We already have the better version on the team

no CB will be BPA at 27 unless Will Johnson drops which isn’t happening

The 1st round pick should be oline but if they’re all gone then pass rusher/DT is the only acceptable alternative

barring injury I don’t see a DB that will be available at 27 that would start for us and why spend a 1st round pick on a backup when we need starters at other positions

did yall pay attention to our losses last year?

every L we took we got beat in the trenches

drafting a DB wont change that

the DBs we have would look alot better if we had a better dline

I'm hoping Tmac falls and we finally get a true X receiver. If that scenario doesn't happen then trade back and grab Jayden Higgins in the 2nd.

Eric said their BPA philosophy is BPA at a position of need. IMO, their most pressing need is pass rusher.

I think a starting caliber safety will be there in the 2nd at 59 in Xavier Watts or even the 3rd at 91 in Andrew Mukuba or Kevin Winston Jr. Going back even further toward the 4th, Malachi Moore would have to be coached up, but he could fill that FS role. I think Moore and Mukuba are the better dedicated FS option for them even over Starks and the other options.

They gotta take an Edge/OLB at 27, but I think because the draft is so deep there, they're gonna gamble on Chuck Smith and the scheme and get another fukking developmental guy.

If Mike Green makes it past 20 and they don't trade up or he's even there at 27 and they don't draft him, I might not watch this season. I get the scheme, but every good defense has a proven pass rusher that requires the offensiveline's attention on every snap and can beat double teams.

The edge guys around pick #27...need development
We need an effective starter playing at a pro-bowl level by year 2

If you're talking about Tetairoa McMillan, he's the best WR in this draft. I doubt he makes it into the teens.

Jayden Higgins should be there at 59. I like Tre Harris at 59 or Eric Ayomanor...kid brutalized Travis Hunter last year and he set a receiving school record for Stanford.

They all need some sort of development whether it be dropping into coverage or playing the run. The Ravens get guys that don't even pass rush well let alone the other stuff. Some of the guys that might fall to 27 can atleast rush the passer out the gate with a slew of pass rush moves and a quick first step.

They need to trade up, but the b*stards won't do it. 11 draft picks for a team that doesn't have 11 positions of need and you can't build depth with developmental players. Depth is built through having guys that can start, but just don't because the other guy is better. They have not done much with those 4th or 5th round picks throughout the years. Seems like they'd rather gamble on an unproven guy then trade up for the proven thing.

I already said...I don't care what position it is, just get the BPA we need.

The Obi comp is disrespectful lol

First round offensive lineman, maybe Harbaugh would be forced to start him...idk

Our L's came from offensive line penalties, Justin Tucker missing FGs, and mediocre DB play (Williams + Stephens)

Offensive line, DB (specifically Williams/Stephens), and all phases of Special Teams were terrible.

It takes two to trade; we don't know if they made trade offers to move in the draft.

there’s a few options at X in the draft

personally im not high on Tmac but I do like Higgins,Tre Harris, and Tory Horton

im usually on board with taking a receiver early but I think the first couple picks should be in the trenches

We can get a decent receiver in the mid rounds

IMO guard is still our biggest need

We don’t have a good guard on the roster

Faalele is trash and cant move

If we go into the season with Vorhees and Faalele as our starting guards we’re not winning shyt

Pass rush is definitely a need but atleast we have quality starters and depth there

We don’t have that at guard

a 3rd interior dlineman is also a bigger need than pass rusher to me

we have nobody on the interior after Beeks and Travis Jones

IMO our first 2 picks should be oline and dline
