John Harbaugh would be unemployed or coaching elsewhere if he didn't have Lamar Jackson.
He was 2-4 weeks away from being fired when Lamar made his first start. From 2013-17 they made the playoffs once (and blew a pair of 14 point 2nd half leads in their playoff loss), finished 5-11 in 2015, and lost in week 16 or 17 with the playoffs on the line in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017.

The good about Harbaugh: Players seem to like him, good at planning through the weeks, good at creating a great staff.
The bad: Seems to have an ego problem, cannot adjust to save his life.

I put harbaugh in that mike mccarthy, Doug Pederson type of coach, where they have proven to be good in the past but are riding on that.

There's still a glaring hole in the staff.
We need a Game Management Coordinator.

That's supposed to be Harbaugh's job.

Biscotti gotta keep that position vacant so Harbaugh has less insulation from blame. He shouldn't be in a position to blame anyone else when he doesn't manage the clock or fails to assist his coordinators on in game adjustments.

Ravens supposedly hosted a UCLA LB yesterday. I'm thinking this is the guy. He could fill that vacant WILL spot, but he looks to be able to play MLB or even outside if needed. Very good football IQ on this young man.

Shemar Stewart would be perfect

He doesn't produce sacks at all. He's had 1.5 every year the last 3 years.

They need Mike Green, James Pearce Jr., or Mykel Williams...even Jack Sawyer was more productive at Ohio State. They need a proven pass rusher that has slid for some reason other than character issues. Ravens have not gotten the best or even taken a chance on guys with character issues. Shemar is the same unproductive guy in college that their analytics tells them will produce them in the NFL, but they dont...queue Oweh. We've seen this before. They need a demon on the edge.

They won't do it, but they need to trade up for one of the proven guys. The one I want and two I'd settle for, won't be there at 27.

shyt, Landon Jackson could be there at 59 and he'd give them more than Shemar Stewart would IMO.

I don't mind a disruptor.

The more I think about it, the more I lean towards interior DL, CB, and S. The edge rushers take a year to 2 to develop. Whereas the other positions mentioned, we're more likely to get an immediate positive impact.

Disruptor would be good, and hopefully draw some attention away from Madibuike. Hopefully they get Walter Nolen at 27 or Deone Walker at 59 or 91. I think both will be formidable with the Ravens.
