I hope the Ravens can grab him in the 3rd or 4th round. He reminds me of a young Boldin and SSS in one. If they can get him, the offense will get the best receiver they've had in years.

Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
Height: 6-3. Weight: 220.
Projected 40 Time: 4.58.
Projected Round (2020): 3-4.
2/1/20: Edwards played well for the Gamecocks in 2019, collecting 71 receptions for 816 yards andsix touchdowns. He competed well against Alabama with a tough performance. Edwards is a polished receiver with quickness, size, and run-after-the-catch skills.

8/17/19: Edwards was a consistent contributor for the Gamecocks over the past three seasons and could take on a bigger role as a senior with Deebo Samuel's departure for the NFL. In 2018, Edwards caught 55 passes for 846 yards and seven touchdowns. He had solid contributions as a sophomore (64-793-5) and freshman (44-590-4) while playing in an inconsistent passing offense. Edwards is a big possessional receiver who could compete as a Z - flanker - receiver for a pro team.

Appears to generate good pressure up the middle and can find the ball carrier in the run game. Might be more of a project in the Ravens system, but I think it's time they stop getting these big bodied interior d-lineman that can't rush the passer.

Jordan Elliott*, DT, Missouri
Height: 6-4. Weight: 315.
Projected 40 Time: 5.20.
Projected Round (2020): 3-5.
2/15/20: Elliott recorded 44 tackles, 2.5 sacks and three passes batted in 2019. He decided to enter the 2020 NFL Draft rather than return to Missouri. While Elliott has some talent and a pro skill set, he didn't always play up to it in college.

6/29/19: Team sources said that Elliott impressed them last year even though he didn't produce a big stat line. For 2018, he totaled 24 tackles with three sacks and a pass batted. Elliott has a good skill set with upside to get better now that he has some experience. Some team sources said they projected him as having potential to go in the top half of the 2020 NFL Draft.

man we have alot less cap space than I thought we would have :snoop:

all those extension Decosta been giving out basically took most of our space

we currently have 30 mill and they're supposed to be tagging Judon which would take away 16 of that 30 mill :snoop:

I get extending Marcus Peters(15 mill cap hit next season) and Chuck Clark but Im sitting here trying to figure out what the fukk was the point of giving nikkas like Snead,Pat Ricard,Andre Smith and LJ Fort an extension :mindblown:

Snead should've been cut

Smith & Fort would've been free agents who we could've let walk and got compensatory picks for them

Ricard would've made 600k next season but now his cap his almost 5 mill cause of the extension :snoop:

all of these were some stupid moves by DeCosta

and why the fukk haven't they cut Carr yet

are they really planning on paying the 4th CB 7 mill :dahell:

we can draft a fukking rookie in the 4th round to be the 4th CB :snoop:

they need to be doing everything they can to win a superbowl before Lamars rookie deal is up but you cant be aggressive in free agency when you're wasting money overpaying your 4th CB and extending backups and a fullback :shaq2:

I guess we just gotta hope they hit a couple homeruns in the draft and with UDFAs

did you watch any of the combine breh?

If so did anyone jump out to you?

I just started really watching offensive guys last week and this WR class is crazy

oline is also the best its been in past few years

everyone keeps saying the guard from Fresno St is freakishly strong.nikkas comparing him to Larry Allen :wow:

I think I want the guard or a WR in the 1st

I saw few highlights (Murray/Queen) and a few lowlights (Epenesa/Shenault) for others. I think the best measurable for these guys is what they do when the pads are on and for that, we gotta go to the tape. Year in and year out there are guys that blow the combine out of the water and within two years of being drafted, they're buried on the depth chart.

I liked OT - Becton and RB - AJ Dillon. They'll most likely either be gone or not the BPA when the Ravens pick, but I think they'd be immediate contributors in this offense.

WR is really good, which means you don't necessarily have to make them a 1st round pick priority. Should be lots of talent to be had in the 3rd and 4th rounds at this position.

He did really well in the bench press, but I'd like to see his 3 cone drill numbers. Ravens like athletic fast guards and they pull them constantly. It wouldn't do them any good to have this guy on the line and they can't pull him because he's too slow. They already can't pull baby Zeus because he's too slow. If they put another slug on the line, defenses will be able to game plan against them even easier and god forbid they'd be dumb enough to put them both on the same side.

IMO, the 1st pick should be an olineman (Cesar Ruiz - Michigan), dlineman (Epenesa) or Edge (Zack Baun). I say Ruiz because Skura tore every ligament in his knee last season and his availability/durability will be in question next season. Plus, if Yanda retires, there will be even more question marks about the oline if those spots are filled with back-ups. I think Epenesa may have gotten himself downgraded to a late 1st round pick, but he'd be an immediate impact player on the dline (according to the tape).

I know most people are mocking the Ravens Murray/Queen, but I don't think they'll make it past the Dolphins or Raiders. I think the Ravens need to fix their error from last season and sign John Bostic to be their starting MLB. He's going to bring durability and toughness to a position of need and should be a decent fill in for the season.

Did anyone stand out to you?

Who do you think the Ravens should target in FA?

  1. :mjcry::mjcry::mjcry: Hall of Famer
Its weird with lineman so im not sure he’ll make it

Steve Hutchinson just made it this year and I thought he’d be a 1st or 2nd ballot guy

Alan Faneca still hasn’t made it which is shocking as hell considering hes a Steeler and they have multiple people in the hall that don’t deserve to be there

well Yanda retiring will free up around 8 mill in cap space

so we'll have almost 40 mill to work with

I still think the best play would be to spend all the cap space on defense and continue to build the offense with the draft picks
