the smart thing would be to extend him now with 2 years left on his rookie deal so you’ll have 2 extra years to spread the money out
lets say they give him a 4 year 180 mill extension
when you add the 2 years he has left its 6 years 200 mill(33 mill per)
thats not bad at all...especially if you factor in that the salary cap is gonna explode when the new tv deal kicks in

Gonna have to adjust my mock drafts. Vera-Tucker would've been an excellent young cheap option for the Ravens in the 1st, but with the signing of Zeitler, I doubt they take IOL in the 1st.
