Aliens would never understand this sport. The best hitters fail 70 percent of the time.

. Next April should be fun. He'll have the off season to recover and train to better handle the MLB pitching schedules. Hopefully next year, we don't get that struggle he had earlier in the season. His walks and era dropped bigly after the all star break.

I think we're in for Yamamoto but not Ohtani or Soto. Honestly we don't need Ohtani or Soto, we'd be perfectly fine w/ Yamamoto; Kyle Gibson, and Jordan Montgomery.

I don't know how Stearns is going to handle it, but if Ohtani stays out West, I want him to throw the bag at Soto. He just needs a change of scenery and he likes NYC. He's that missing piece bat they described correrá as.

I also want Yamamoto and to trade for Burnes. Add in Diaz and we should be good.

Do you want to trade for Soto or just sign him when he hits FA? I would rather the latter. If they are in the thick of it at the deadline then make some big moves.
Out of the prospects could any of the. Break through in 2024 or is 2025 more likely? Thinking about Gilbert, Jett Williams, Acuna, Vasil?

I trade only if he agrees to an extension and I'm not trading any major prospects for a salary dump. If they want too much, I'm happy waiting for free agency.

I'm thinking Gilbert and Acuña have a great shot at 24. Jett is probably more 25
