Walker broke in at the end of 1989 playing 20 games.

Then in 1990 hit 19 homers as a 23 year old for Montreal. Now 19 homers ain't shyt but back then it meant you had some power.

I dont think he really picked up baseball until like being a 20 year old, I could be off on that though

You take projections with a grain of salt, but some sites have Giancarlo Stanton hitting 48-50 home runs in 2020.

Wow.

Larry Walker's career spanned nearly the exact time frame as Craig Biggio's.

And if anyone thought that Biggio was a better player, even with consideration to the different positions, they're a damned fool.

I could look at the HOF list and point out dozens of players who should not be there over Walker....

He tried baseball after failing to make it into the NHL as a goalie,he was junior but couldnt make the jump so he gave it up and started playing baseball i think at 19.

Besides Bonds, that's an offensive ballot. Dunn and Valverde? :what:

Bonds
Clemens
Jeter
Ramirez
Walker

Those are the HOF type players.

Maybe that scumbag piece of shyt Schilling. Maybe. But probably not. Because fukk him.

I want to give a vote to Andruw Jones because he was fantastic as an outfielder. But he was effectively finished at 30.
