Buster Posey is probably going to win the MVP

When in doubt, voters go with the story. Unfortunately. Although he's certainly worthy

Molina is a better MVP candidate than Posey, imo.

I think catcher defense is still undervalued and that a great catcher can have a bigger impact on the field than any other position. And Molina has caught 150+ more innings than Posey and has done it at a much higher level.

Like I've said, there are 4 candidates who I wouldn't think twice about them winning (Braun/Cutch), but if I were voting, I'd have Molina first.

Lol, Cardinals offense has to be frightening for opposing teams.

12 runs.

That's not his fault. He just came back from a major injury and they wanted to preserve him as much as they could.

....that couldn't have less to do with his MVP candidacy. It doesn't matter WHY he's played less just like it doesn't matter than Miguel Cabrera is too fat to play SS. No matter the reason, you don't get extra credit for something you can't/haven't done.

Yup.

Posey has allowed the 2nd-most stolen bases in the NL while commiting the 3rd-most errors as a catcher in the league.

And those wouldn't be funny except he's played in 11 fewer games and 168 fewer innings behind catcher as Molina. :whew:

Edwin was gifting runs:beli:

JZimm going tomorrow

:childplease: Gifted, or we just knocked him out early and made him look very average?

Or what about the 3 runs we put on Mike Gonzalez?

Tomorrow's a different day though and we might only score 1 run. But tonight, I can be proud. :obama:

im trolling, but I dont think Cardinals batters hit anything hard until the homerun in the 2nd. After that it was 9-1

Ed Dawg was awful tonight, Im not gonna defend him.

Im actually worried for tomorrow because JZimm struggles against the Cardinals and was really bad in that August matchup with Loehse. Thankfully Loeshe was awful that day too.

Here's a random thought. Baseball blows, its football season, stop talking about
this boring sport.
