While those that are more "neutral"/confused are more likely to "swirl" than the black identifed ones. Plus the "neutral" type seem to be dating mixed w/ black people like them I notice.
it aint just them, I notice alot of lightskin black people are getting together more often. They always have, but its like a increase how i see it. Nothing wrong with that tho just a observation.
