I only use kale or spinach
Will you be my live-in chef?I love them..... I usually do tomato, jalepeño, onions and green/red peppers in mine
Edit, I forgot that I use egg whites add spinach too...
At least I made Scrambled eggs with spinach in place of the omelette off reading this topicSo you're having 2 fried eggs and maybe a cheese omelette or a single scrambled egg on the side?
edit: don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's too much or that those aren't good egg preparations, I have just never heard of someone eating 2 different types of egg dish in one meal.
Scrambled eggs with bacon red onions n tomato and a lot of mixed cheddar jack cheese and a apple juice
Get that bacon/egg aciago bagel sandwich from panera bread and you should be str8
Oh i've got a jimmy dean for ya....

I got a pic of the omelet mid cooking ()...I didn't bring the food with me because I was late getting to the office and the weather is shytty, we got a monsoon/tropical depression that started Tuesday smfh...probably gonna go out with a friend and smash some sushi from this spot (see below)
I finish a meal like this in 15-20 mins (idr how the cheese knife got there...i think i didn't wanna waste time washing the steak one )
shyt was piff
I don't eat in between meals...some days I only do 1200-1500 cals...others I can do 2500...depends on if I work out or am active...I actually go long periods without eating...its the best and makes everything taste better
I usually eat a heavy meal or two and then a shake...
For instance yesterday for my first meal of the day I ate two chicken wraps from this deli that were probably 1000cals total around 12 pm...
then I had two scoops of whey and water around 7pm
then nothing until breakfast today sometimes I don't even eat for 16 hours then eat a ridiculous amount of food in one sitting
