Lol everyone thinks im crazy, but it really is amazing. It gives you a lot of energy. I don't even like coffee like that but if you love the taste of coconut then you'll love this. Sometimes i add protein shake to it and i swear it keeps me full and energized for like 6 hours straight. I also mix it with tea and its great like that too. But if the thought of drinking hot coconut oil mixed in coffee doesnt disgust you then you'll love it.That sounds amazing.
I sometimes make coffee with sprinkles of nutmeg. But coconut oil...

onions (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste.
1. saute the onions and bell peppers until soft and season with salt + pepper
2. Beat the eggs until mixed and then combine with cooked veggies in bowl. Season again with salt+pepper
3. Cook egg mixture until desired doneness then eat.

The jar of refined coconut oil is 17 on this website. Thats if you're not a coconut oil snob but the best to used is raw unrefined or virgin coconut oil.
