You're having the chicken for lunch or dinner?? what are you eating between meals?

I got a pic of the omelet mid cooking (:youngsabo:)...I didn't bring the food with me because I was late getting to the office and the weather is shytty, we got a monsoon/tropical depression that started Tuesday smfh...probably gonna go out with a friend and smash some sushi from this spot (see below)

I don't eat in between meals...some days I only do 1200-1500 cals...others I can do 2500...depends on if I work out or am active...I actually go long periods without eating...its the best and makes everything taste better :noah:

I usually eat a heavy meal or two and then a shake...

For instance yesterday for my first meal of the day I ate two chicken wraps from this deli that were probably 1000cals total around 12 pm...

then I had two scoops of whey and water around 7pm

then nothing until breakfast today :manny: sometimes I don't even eat for 16 hours then eat a ridiculous amount of food in one sitting :manny:

:steviej:Bout to eat two fried eggs, and maybe a cheese omelette or one egg scrambled

So you're having 2 fried eggs and maybe a cheese omelette or a single scrambled egg on the side? :wtf:

edit: don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's too much or that those aren't good egg preparations, I have just never heard of someone eating 2 different types of egg dish in one meal.

Depends.

Made the kids whole grain pancakes with flax seed, cage free eggs and turkey bacon today.

I do the egg muffins too at least once a week cept I don't scramble em, just lace the sides of the muffin tins with turkey bacon and put about 1/3 cup of egg/spinach mix in each for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.

Baked salmon, broccoli and grits.

Steel cut oats with mixed fruit and flax.

Apple slices with peanut butter or Yogurt.

Spinach omelettes.

Peanut butter banana rolls for the kids (tortillas)

Homemade granola and yogurt.

All good shyt.

If I don't have time to cook I just do a smoothie, usually with a whole lemon, mixed fruit, some greens, whole raw egg with raw honey or maple syrup for sweetener.

I'm on a diet, so I just have a green smoothie.

Hope you rotating them greens

I kinda eased off them a bit once I found out that I was OD'ing on the spinach and kale with all the oxalates...even so called health food can kill/hurt you. I been doing romaine since it's much lower in oxalates.
