See, I'm unfamiliar with all these youtubers.

I'm just going by what I see for BYD in general and what other engineers have had to say about their tech and builds though.

Someone said they'd out-Toyota'd Toyota, but for EV's, which is great because we actually have a product that underpromised and overdelivered on an actual real-world disruption. Additionally, I heard BYD has their own ships/transport. They've really done their homework that an engineer would respect.

I really hope Cadillac can make they evs affordable, the make the best looking ones right now

Yeah, I'd love an affordable Caddy CTS EV.

Definitely understand exotic and luxury EV's would be pricey though.

I'd really love BYD to come stateside though to make these companies have to adjust their prices. Like I mentioned in the other thread I'd have no problems buying a high quality, cheaper BYD to use as the every day car, which is potentially more money to save in order to buy the flashier weekend cars.
