With all the shyt that Crawford talked, he should have made the fight. This not happening is on him. I knew it was to good to be true…
In all fairness, PBC is known as fighter friendly company.
Terrance Crawford is in an interesting dilemma. Top Rank was paying him very good money to fight guys that aren't necessarily top tier guys. He's accustomed to making a certain amount of money. Therefore, for him to fight Spence for the undisputed title, of course he's going to want significantly more.
However, a promoters view of what he is worth may differ. According to Arum, he consistently loss money on his promotions with Crawford. Despite being a great fighter, I can easily see PBC not being able to justify paying Crawford what he wants, because it simply does not make sense.
Anytime you have a fighter who has an extremely high status within the sport of boxing, but his drawing power does not necessarily align with that status, it's going to be an issue making fights.

So Crawford was supposed just accept whatever PBC was giving him?
Don't get me wrong, I like to see a good scrap just like the next man but I also believe these dudes should be paid substantially for it.
I will never understand boxing fans and their one sidedness when it comes to fighters getting paid.

Thats exactly what people expect Bud to do. Spence already said on camera "Bud gone have to take whatever we give him"..Its been obvious from jump that the people who are in control of this fight dont really want this fight

He said the fight ain't gone be made in November cause contracts still hadn't been signed so it wouldn't leave enough time for training camp and proper promotion of the fight. Stop twisting that shyt as some conspiracy of them not wanting the fight.

If this the interview you referring to he starts the video saying why. Stop going off headlines and actually listen. He says this fight may happen but further into the future and then explains why the November date won't work. He says no press tour or press conference and that neither fighter posted about it yet and that it's not enough time to get a fight of that magnitude done in such a short amount of time.

PBC literally got sued because they were accused of paying their fighters too much. Go look up the reasons GB/Top Rank sued them and that's one of them. Ever since GB/Top Rank lost to them it's been nothing but smear campaigns ever since and it's easy to get idiot boxing fans to believe anything you say about the PBC since they don't have a real relationship with the media like that, and Al Haymon doesn't speak to the media.
The fact ESPN reporters are who all these guys are quoting as facts about contract negotiations between a Fox/Showtime fighter and a free agent should have been a huge red flag. That alone makes me not believe anything about no guarantees and stall outs. There is literally no record of PBC doing bad business with anybody, these nikkas want PBC to pull Bob Arum/Eddie Hearn/Oscar De La Hoya tactics so bad.
