Floyd said the fight wasn't happening in November and likely not this year because the contracts hadn't been signed yet and neither fighter was promoting it yet. He said he didn't believe the fight would happen because that wouldn't be enough time to have a full training camp, plus do proper promotions for the fight. Which was all caused by Crawford stalling on signing contracts.
