Honestly, I'm not sure Obama could defeat Trump at this point. This country has gone crazy, and Republicans AND certain segments of black folk did an excellent job in demonizing Obama after his terms.

The numbers in the Senate and the House are not there, so the admendment change would not even make it to the states for a ratification vote. So why wast time speculating and worrying about something that at the moment has no chance of happening?
