This is true but it was funded on the backs of folks like me who bought the season pass.

This tournament is excellent but I just cant shake the off after that reveal. I guess its better they dropped it before the tourney rather than after which would have been more disappointing.

And whoever made the comment about martial arts...

Man what a wack character to put in a Tekken.

I played and beat FFXV. Its not even that bad of a game. But ​

I wouldn't mind so much if the guests were from other 3D fighters, but getting nikkas from from two 2D fighters and an rpg

That's fine. Sell that shyt separately then. Nobody ponyed up that scratch for final fantasy characters in Tekken. shyt is bullshyt.

The thing that I've got mostly from Tekken 7 is that game has been built and marketed solely for the needs of the Japanese audience.

Lucky Chloe, the huge delay in the console version, the removal of Lei, Bowling and idol costumes and now FF characters all seem like things that would go over in Japan far better than elsewhere.

It really does feel like Tekken fans in the west have been an afterthought with every decision in this game.

Yeah... good trailer but I dont want this character. I was hoping for Kiryu from Yakuza...would fit the Tekken world better. And if it had to be final fantasy, there are way more iconic characters than Noctis....

Whats really lame is I bought the season pass so I paid for this.

I agree Kiryu would fit the Tekkenverse perfectly just look at his design, he looks like he would be Lee Chaolan or Kazyu's rival(In terms of organizations)

They should have added Squall, Vincent, Cloud or Tifa instead of this new bland looking character from Final Fantasy XV.

Namco Bandai is screwing Tekken's lore adding an RPG char like that.

Yeah....plus Kiryus moveset is just perfect for Tekken, a straight brawler. And Yakuza keeps coming out with games, FF15 is what it is...a standalone game. Yak 6 is coming to US in March for example...the series has been building up steam too since 0 dropped...oh well

Plus I get they wanted to use a recent character....but if it had to be any FF character I'd prefer a character that used hands...Zell woulda been sick. Tifa would be similar. Noctis or any sword user like Cloud or Squall or whatever would be better in Soul Calibur. And another yep is that Noctis visual design is fairly lame.

I totally forgot about Soul Calibur, the sword user's indeed would make a sensible appearance on Soul Calibur rather than Tekken. Is Soul Calibur gonna make a return or what?
