From what theyve said in the past the legacy characters will be added for free... Think they might just have been waiting for the Tekken World Tour to be over before making big changes to the game.. T7 so far has been financially successful so I'd remain optimistic.

Yeah they already got new designs and rage arts for Bruce and Marduk on the Tekken Mobile game yet they still aren't in Tekken 7. I don't like a single new character in Tekken 7.

people seem to think the next guest is Vegeta. I would say it should be a female character since Tekken was always lacking in females (and diversity) which led to 2 males being switched to chicks in T7. my money is on Kasumi/Phase 4 from DOA, or maybe Christie. the lack of Julia can also mean Akira from VF but I doubt it
