i don't like felony murder laws being applied in this manner because it wasn't a victim that was killed, it was one of the perpetrators who wanted to run up in someone's house with a gun. that's justifiable homicide whether it's the homeowner or the cop doing the shooting and that should be the end of it. the rest need home invasion charges and that's it. now if someone in the invaded home was killed then i'm all for every scum in that home invasion crew getting a murder charge.
