I think, this law should be more publicized. That way dudes that ain't bout that life know ahead whats going on. I know its got to be a bytch to find out that your guilty of murder when you didn't shoot anyone. So this should be more widespread. But at the same time. dude was with 4 other people robbing houses. I feel for him. but I'm not fixing to have his back fully either.


Exactly....these are deterrence laws...

I think the justice system is fukked but....you commit a felony and someone dies (and you may not have done the killing) you get prison.

Dude I went to HS with did a bank robbery in Cali and was the getaway driver and crashed the whip and his passenger died.

Got life.



Call me crazy but MAYBE he should have just gotten a 9-5 instead of robbing banks:martin:

Felony murder + accomplice liability. This reads like a 1L criminal law final.

Everyone else pled out. He wanted to fight it. But even without the murder, he is looking at 35 years for burglary and theft.
