Yall agree with the title? Or is it clickbait?
shyt I hope so. We did some reshuffling on our team with me taking on more products while handing mine off to another PM. That PM took another position in the company so now I'm stuck with software A, B, and C. We hired a new manager for my team who was supposed to take on software A. He's kind of an idiot and was instead handed someone's duty with me being told we're hiring a new person who will take over my shyt. When we hired her she only stayed for two months and bounced elsewhere. She left right as we entered a hiring freeze that was supposed to end this month. Just found out that it's being extended until March.

37% of Employers Would Rather Hire a Robot or AI Than a Recent Grad: 'Theory Alone Is No Longer Enough'

The study surveyed 800 human resources leaders and 800 recent graduates (ages 22 to 27) in business roles, including finance/accounting, marketing, sales, management, operations/logistics, and business analytics/intelligence.

Nearly all HR leaders, 98%, said their organization was struggling to find talent, yet 89% stated that they avoid hiring recent graduates.

Nah most ain't got no hussle. And they ain't even trying to fake it in front of the higher-ups. Just playing foosball and lounging around the office like HR isn't scoping for layoff candidates.
:snoop:
I only tell the black ones to straighten up cuz. The Feds\HR is watching.

HR called me today, they're offering me the position. I actually cried bro, got laid off last Aug and this is the longest I've ever been out of work. :mjcry: Salary and benefits are better than my last job too, I had to deplete some savings but the layoff might've helped me in the long run. Crazy how things can turn out.

In the Silver Lining
It’s about to be a wrap. Customer service tech jobs gon be the only ones left

If they get this shiit for Sketchup or some other development/infrastructure type program with the ability to post renderings into Google Earth or satellite map :wow: .... cottomightynose.

This is basically AI prompting for Sketchup, which has ability to showcase models on a satellite map or 3D landscape

Congratulations. Love hearing that. Can only imagine how stressful it was waiting on that next opportunity.
