I bet the productivity for these overseas workers stinks. We would routinely have to QA overseas tickets due to constant errors or omissions. Or perform remediation training for them over and over again. On paper management believes it's saving money but work quality and productivity is abysmal.

The goal is to get AI to a point where you DONT need these overseas workers. This is why USA is adamant about winning the AI race more than any of the social shyt lol because the winner rules the world for the next 1-200 years.

You think getting AI will stop them from finding other ways to cut costs? I still see these companies outsourcing just because it's an easy way to prop up the profit margins.

I don't think you understood my post.
Yes my point is you are acting like these companies need those overseas workers now. They don't. We've all highlighted how a lot of those workers are not as good as the ones here. Yes AI will remove the need for some of those jobs but that will hurt American workers as well. Companies will still find ways to cut corners and will still find ways to use overseas workers regardless, just maybe in a different capacity or to fill other roles as long as they are cheaper than American workers.

You quote me again not understanding my post nor even responding to my post.

Please stop.

People can always come join the Aerospace and Defense Contracting Industry as long as you don’t mind potential audits from the government and actually keeping track of your work time :russ:

I wouldn't mind working for Lockheed or something though :francis:

I’m not sure where y’all live where you have such inept Indian workers. Over 90% of the ones I have worked with have been pretty competitive. Sure, they look out for each other and sneak in relatives. But they pick things up fast. Y’all shouldn’t go out there really thinking they’re incompetent. Most are not.

Well, job market just got derailed.

The rate of outsource work about to go HAM with Trump making it easier for everyone to hire outside of the country and bring in cheaper skilled labor.

Time stamp:

"We're going to have to let people come into our country. We want people to come back in but we have to we have to let them come back in but they have to come in legally. They have to come in legally."

Remember, legal immigrants are packing all types of ABET-accredited degrees.
