Funny you say that, almost all the 8 hour calls I have been on have been related to some type of major incident. Majority of the 1-2 hours calls I've been on have been unnecessary. It's gotten to the point I don't even jump on the calls unless my CISO says he needs me on it. I just tell people to ping me on teams if something is needed.Y'all been a part of 8 hours calls? These ones are [supposed to be] requirements gathering and figuring out implementation and architecture. It's actually discussions back and forth about what we need to discuss.
