The issue is that the Clippers thought he was MJ because of a fadeway just like everybody else in 2019 :mjlol: and jumped out the window for him despite all of the injury red flags. The irony is that if he goes to the Lakers and they win chips he actually gets the credit. Kyrie been living off a shot for almost a decade. If Kawhi goes there and they win a couple chips for that franchise in his hometown shooting fadeways :mjlol: folks woulda made him GOAT. Instead he is the poster child for load management and likely a big part of the reason we got the 65 game minimums and destroyed the future for what was a young scrappy playoff squad with 2 max slots. But hey...that fadeway :mjlol:

Kawhi was a beast in the 2019 playoffs run tho.

can't believe how much Luka complains and sulks in person, obviously you see it in tv but here it was any moment in time he hadn't just scored a basket. a lot of it seems self-directed when he thinks he fukked up. and he's engaged with teammates, whole mavs team was. still kinda takes away from the great parts of his game for me.

He was. He was also dragging his leg at the end.. after load managing all season. Then he came into LA with the understanding that he would be load managing. Its one thing if he got hurt while in LA after the fact. But the injury shyt was literally baked in. But people overlooked it until he started missing the playoffs every year.

Mavs have completely destroyed the Clippers since the Clips had that 55-24 lead in game 4
I know they wound up winning that game in the end but they've been outscored by damn near 60 points the last 6 1/2 quarters feels like they got figured out

As far as Kawhi, if he doesnt tear his acl the 2nd year they maybe go on and win the title that year. Thats bad luck which is unfortunate but the reality is we're likely going on the 4th straight year hes going to be unavailable at the end of the Clippers season. Their hands seem tied now but at some point theyre going to have to make a decision to trade George, Kawhi or both because sooner rather than later the team is going to fall off a cliff unless they get extremely lucky unearthing a cheap gem via the draft or free agency.

I thought that 14 point game was one of Kyrie’s most impactful of the series. There was a time when the game was about wins and losses but now it’s all about stats and narratives.
Yeah he was a +35, no need to force the issue and get your numbers if the ball is moving and the lead is getting bigger.

Spurs tried to tell nikkas his knee was cooked. Everybody saw him dragging his shyt around for the Raptors playoff run. Clippers gave up all 3 holes for a cripple :mjlol:

The funniest thing about all this "if Kawhi was healthy they could win a title" talk is the one time he was healthy they had a 3 - 1 lead against the Nuggets and got hawked down :mjlol:. The clippers put the Nuggets on the map as a championship team. Nobody took them serious like that until they came back down 3 - 1. Then they blamed doc rivers:mjlol:

PG only got a player option so he can just walk for nothing in free agency.

Harden on the last year of his deal he can just walk to.

Kawhi cripple ass aint getting you anything in a trade. No team with a bunch of picks are going to want to waste them on a 32 year old. No good team is going to give you anything cause they would only be interested in Kawhi for a playoff run, which is exactly when he doesn't play.

Clippers don't own their own 1st round pick until 2030 :mjlol:. All they can do is pay everybody and just keep it pushing.

wtf :dahell:
nikka shut up
I'm in agreement with you on Kyrie. I immediately dismiss people as morons who bring up race in legitimate sports discourse about a player's game. Some ultra stanning shyt. At any rate, basketball is entertainment and Kyrie pulls off incredible shyt that is HIGHLY entertaining. However, the glazing when he's never proven himself as best player on a winning team gets grating.

Those are pick swaps. Clippers getting the lowest of the picks between some teams. They getting a 1st rounder but they don't "own" it. They are settling for the worst one.

2030 is the first year the clippers outright own their 1st round pick that goes straight to them no matter what.

I get that, but you tried to make sound like we had no 1st round picks until 2030 and had to simply just resign everyone. If OKC and the Clipps are neck and neck with similar records moving forward -both were 50 win teams this year- then the pick swaps won't mean shyt.

Ball pressure Harden once he passes half court.
