The answer is vague, I hear what needs to be done but I'm still lost on what is being done.

I mean it's Black History month right now, we celebrate Juneteeth, people make soul food, there's the black church & HBCUs, we have our own national anthem, various music genres, idk if women still make quilts... etc etc etc.

All of these are elements of a conscious of a specific culture in my opinion, you don't think so? And they've existed in perfect harmony with Pan Africanism. Is any stuff like that happening with FBA?
