He does have policies that in theory should help Black people. What I am looking for is insurance that these programs will be applied evenly. Like I said in another thread, he specifically states that he will help out mainly white coal workers in West Virginia with training programs from the Green New Deal. I think he needs to better explain how these policies will help Black communities. For example: how the Green New Deal and other environmental policies will keep things like Flint from occurring in Black communities, and how it will create jobs for us. A lot of Black people want to hear things like that. Elizabeth Warren has done a better job than Bernie in doing this so far.

I think Bernie will pack the courts, but we’re probably going to need 2 consecutive progressive administrations to reorganize the courts.

That’s why the reparations thing is so interesting. What’s to stop a white person with some black in them making a claim if it’s technically based on lineage? We know it’s bullshyt but is a conservative judge really going to bring that nuance?
