i've had a lot of bad luck and embarrassing moments with pads even when i buy the high-quality ones.

I wear both for the first couple of days and tampons for the remainder. Only Kotex tho, for some reason I cannot wear other tampons especially the heavy flow ones and especially if they expand. I can feel them and they re super uncomfortable for me. It's why I only just started wearing the a few years ago. Kotex is the only one that doesn't hurt me.
I use both ob super flow and the green wrapper always with wings. If I use that ultra heavy ob tampon it feels like a have a small bullet inside my vag.
My period can be heavy the 1st 2 days and although the tampons catch most I use pads to catch the rest.
I'm only 28 but I'm pretty much over bleeding and wish there was an iud option that could completely take it away.
