Symphonia aged worse than Vesperia when it comes to gameplay

Its not even wild that so many people skipped Symphonia either - it came out around way too much other piff

Abyss had a more mature story, I liked it a lot. I never beat the devils arm side quest in that one :damn::damn::damn: she was on that other shyt

There were a lot of tales games I couldn't get into.

In truth most I stopped playing early.

Vesperia, symphonia, beseria are my jams though. Especially vesperia

I got pretty far into Vesperia. Made it to the part late in the game where everything went to crap in the world. The game was just too long and I lost interest. I think I was about to fight Alexei maybe.

I made it to the part in Symphonia where the guy with handcuffs joins and also lost interest. That game is overrated to me. I don't have the nostalgia bias because I played it after Abyss and not during the original release.

Only made it halfway through Legendia. Rented that from Blockbuster Video so not enough time to finish.

graphics for this game look really good. I just worry if the story is gonna be anything special
I’ve been watching demon slayer and it s just so enjoyable.

there’s so much good anime out and I feel like jrpgs have been stagnant
It’s a Tales game. The story at best will be serviceable. If you’re playing a Tales game it’s either for the battle system or the characters and their interactions like skits. If you’re in it for a great story you picked the wrong series.

Yeah tales games are usually more about the journey, character relationships, and combat.

People are really crying about the skits being 3D models instead of anime pictures now.
