Those Dominican crews hustled in our areas but they were guests. They got to move around because they didn't interfere with the dope market. I came to the Bronx from the East side to hustle in late '91 so we all knew about those crews.

No there was no feeling it was going to change. Back then people were fatalistic. We all thought that there would be someone to take their place and we weren't wrong. They weren't even the worst crew in the area in terms of the murder game.

Nah i remember the crews from back then. I only mention the change because the city developed that special prosecution squad ( based on Jade squad) because of the murder of the white dude and the Quad massacre

City case backed by the Bronx DA if i recall. This is when they started really hitting ppl with RICO in NYC
