whats wild to me about RBG is that you can be a comedian like kevin hart and make a harmless gay joke 20 years ago and youre canceled but RBG ruled it was a constitutional right that st patricks day parade could exclude homos and i bet theres a ton of lbgtqa...xyz people celebrating her today like its all good.

cenk uyger says there are five things the dems can do to block trump filling rbg's seat.... 
this is intriguing.....
1.. demand unanimous concent on every vote .. this would slow down and clog the process...
2/3.. block lifting debt ceiling/continuing resolution (budget) in the house (effecting shutting down the government) unless reps agree not to try to fill rbg's seat
3.. impeach trump again (impeachment hearings take priority over confirmation hearings)... this would also clog the process....
4.. threaten to expand the courts... mentioned in this thread already multiple times, basically go from 9 scotus seats to 13....

Those are good but wouldnt trust 2/3.

actually, that is one of the more intriguing ones to me... i don't think dems have the stomach to impeach trump again... basically, what they need to do is gum up the works for 120 days.... that is assuming biden wins and dems get the senate...

Yeah but numerous incumbent Dems lost their senate races (Nelson, McCaskill, Donnely, Heitkamp) and others (Stabenow, Brown) underperformed their polls
