My point still stands, besides a few years prior Batman was cracking a billi solo as well but all of a sudden with the first joint venture of Superman and Batman together they can’t do it? Something doesn’t add up and I think it’s clear as day that audiences just didn’t take to the interpretations of the characters and in particular Cavills Superman.

Vocal online minority indeed, I think audiences spoke with their money. In an age where Iron man solo out performs Batman and Superman together I think that speaks volumes as to how general movie goers feel.

Thats not on cavill that movie flopped because of many reasons, not because people disliked cavil

If anything majority of movie goers didnt like ben aflack casted as batman, irony is he isnt a bad batman honestly

Zod and Supes fight in Man Of Steel was VERY realistic of how shyt would go. And Supes did what he had to do since Zod didn't give two fukks about killing anyone in the name of his mission/quest.

OG Superman 3 and 4 were cheeks (went to see 4 in the theater in 5th grade). I liked it, but knew it was some ass realistically.

And kill all that "moody" Supes talk, the man hadn't figured it out yet. nikka was a literal god on Earth and had to deal with goofys who didn't understand it. His persona post the Martha scene and in ZS Justice League (not the Whedon trash) was the right tone Supes, but we never got the chance to see it going forward.

Yall Are full of it. This Cavill Love is a recent phenomenon made primarily by Snyder fanatics. In Real Time, The vast majority were not feeling Cavill because they said he was too dark, brooding, and not Christopher reeve.
