Exactly... this guy @Hopeofmypeople sounds like some unhinged stan. I don't have time for that.

He also failed Statistics 101. Over 100 people voting in a poll on this board is enough data to suggest that if more people voted the numbers wouldn't change that much. It's too bad how many people on here never got through school.

It doesnt say that at all. Because alot people in here discussing it would be greater fans of the Superman character and into the "lore". The rest of the board would probably consist of casual movie goers. And it doesnt take rocket science to tell you that MOS wasnt that enjoyable of a watch. Started out great and came crashing down around the mid way point. So sure people might have "liked it",but i bet you didnt love it as much as others hated it. This is one of those movies the more you think about it the more hateable it is:mjlol:

People just wanted a recognisable Superman and one true to the core of the character, not some injustice like b*stardisation that Snyder seemed to have a hard on for.

Exactly they want to convince us that a nice guy cant be written as a likeable character. Despite the fact we just saw it with Captain America:mjlol:. Obviously the writing and the actor are important. One thing we know about Gunn is that he writes characters so that audience connects to them. I know his wheelhouse has been edgy antiheros mostly. But I see no reason he cant do the same with Superman. The one thing I think could hurt the movie is them not starting from an origin story, but we will see.
