You just proved he didn't even want to intro batman until the end of MOS2.. Which means maybe he shows up in MOS 3 or maybe we do Batman 1...

Here's what you keep skipping over on purpose... Synder did one thing he wanted to do... MOS... it did better than every Marvel movie

Snyder then wanted to do exactly like Marvel and do sequels and origins for years until we finally get to a team up movie...

So far, he's 1 for 1... he's given a second shot... But with the second shot comes massa's rules that "No.. you no longer have control of what YOU want to do.. Shoehorn 4 major level characters in here, with no origin or the chance for the crowd to fall in love with this version... And then follow that up by adding 6 more nikkas and do the group up that nobody cares about."

WB forced the man to do 20 years of marvel in 3 films and can't figure out why it didn't work and also blame the man who didn't want to do it in the first place

And no the studio isn’t to blame for Snyders failures as he has a proven track record of incoherent story telling. He mentioned himself that he was the one to mention Batman first and then the studio wanted it as the goal was Avengers/Marvel cinematic universe. Story beats and poorly writing characters are why the films are received poorly.

He did not want batman until the end of MOS 2... Did he get MOS 2? No.. Did he ask for WW and the whole justice league and a connected universe?

No.. he did not..


Now once he was forced.. yea he came up with horrible scripts. But he'd never have had to come up with those if they let him do MOS 2 and shut the fukk up.. B-b-b-b-b-b-b-but we need to do Marvel is what ruined things

To be fair, he's a guy who doesn't understand the characters he's supposed to be adapting

and because these days people tie their personality and well being to their choice in brands, they feel like an attack on his take on the character is an attack on them because they liked it. They feel like defending these millionaires who don't care about this shyt is the same as defending themselves.

The fact of the matter is there were enough people who didn't like "I'm bored when I'm saving people" version of superman that James Gunn's take was justified. They want to get people who have been watching stuff like my adventures with superman, and reading the books which show superman having conversations with kids who are depressed or explaining how his weakness is how much he actually cares about humans and then SHOWING that.

Bruh I just don’t understand the fascination with keeping Batman grounded. His whole concept is the opposite lol

I mean, I get why folks are fascinated with doing this. Batman is one of the few superheroes that could actually exist in real life. So some people feel the need to lean into that aspect to get people to look at him in that way.

With that being said, best Batman was Batfleck because of the fantastical stuff. And I was one of the folks who signed the White House petition to get Obama to step in and not let him play the character.
