Only played the SB series a couple times before.
This game is real dope though, I'm maining Pikachu right now. I traditionally like characters that apply pressure.
What are some decent basics most people should know? I think I have b-reversals down into muscle memory. Does moving any specials to the right stick give better movement?

Haven’t unlocked every quite yet but right now Simon is a strong candidate to be my new main.
I’m seeing a lot of people struggling with level 9’s
Y’all must be rusty and/or dusty because I been mopping the floor with level 9’s like it’s nothing.
Back in my ssb prime I would warm up by putting 2 level 9’s against me.
The ai in this game is better than in the past but they still can’t touch me.
