I'm just going to assume some of y'all don't know or aren't sensitive to what button lag is and therefore see the game not skipping or teleporting characters around on screen as = 'NO LAG on my end..'.I dunno either. Lag isn't just seeing stuff happening randomly like you getting smashed when the enemy is on the other side of the screen or whatnot.
As soon as the match starts, pressing any button or movement of the stick causes a noticeable delay from what you see on screen. Sure you can get used to it and play but it throws you off and make it not every enjoyable. You're telling me, when you played online, the game feel is EXACTLY the same as it felt offline or you just don't know?
Only noticed lag my first few matches.

I think you just having bad luck
my fault, just seen you have to go to challengers approach.
so how long will it take to unlock all characters? I just unlocked Ness playing that Century Smash shyt. Been playing spirit now
if you exit the game and do a 1 min match a new character will pop up and just repeat the process

Unlocked all the characters yesterday and made some decent progress on world of light. Didn’t even cheese anything I nabbed each character 10 min at a time mostly just playing 2 min smash matches with the fam.
So far, Bowser is still my no.1 main
Cloud is usually my number 2 guy but the little I played with yesterday didn’t get me hyped like I thought he would. I could’ve very well just been burnt out from playing all day tho lol
RICHTER is a fukkin beast and may very well slide into that number 2 spot for me. The range and power on that whip is sooooo good and he still had some decent projectiles and close-range attacks too. I can very well see him & Simon in the top tier lists after a while. I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface with him and he’s already probably my second best character
I never got into shiek in the prior games but I got tired of playing as Kirby in world of light and have actually put in quite a bit of work with her in that mode. I just unlocked bowser for WoL tho so I might not play with her as much anymore but I put in a few good hours and made a ton of progress with a character I never really play with so that’s cool
