damn. I stopped playing for a minute and when i rejoined online it says "if you disconnect too many times you may be restricted from online battles for a while, its recommended you play in an environment with stable connection"
@fatboi
Me and
@marietta92 play a bunched of matches back to back, i consider my wifi to be shytty but I guess it aint, cause I havent experienced any lag. This is the only nintendo based game I play online with, mario kart didnt give me issues but i didnt play that a whole lot.
Would games like doom, fortnite, monopoly, trivial pursuit, overcooked, minecraft, paladins, warframe have their own servers? They run fine for me also
I ran about 20 matches on 4g at work and even that was good. It didnt glitch and lag, I played like 5, then let other people play, they didnt complain.
@Kamikaze Revy
So I went up to work and played smash local connect with the homie.
Connection wise it seemed to be fine. It didnt glitch or lag, at first we were sitting at the same table looking at our switches, but when everyone else got off work they were crowding around and watching, asking questions talking about maybe getting one for christmas for the kids and shyt.
So we had to sit away from each other like 20 ft, while people stood and watched from behind him and stood and watched from behind me.
It ran good.
I know from experience that the local connect can be finnicky if youre far away cause when me and my coworker use local connect (he aint got nintendo online subcription) but he works in the office and I work out of another area...it'll take forever for some shyt to load.
Ima keep playing with the local connect. Its actually going to be my only option as far as playing with coworkers on my shift because they have switches but dont have nintendo online, they just gotta get copies of smash
Its absolutely trash that you can't invite, join or communicate with people on your friendlist without some bs 3rd party assistance.
Imma open up an arena periodically. Password 123
I dont know if you can invite, joining is easy, but chatting and messaging leaves a lot to be desired.
I mean they completely fukked up but not putting a headphone jack on the pro controller or joycons.
