If they had an online version of Mario Kart 64, with the physics and all and was downloadable on the Wii U, I would be :wow:

I think the 64 version was better but SNES Mario is right in the mix, actually, I think the SNES had the better tracks, the Haunted House was dope and Rainbow Road was hard as fukk.

The 8-4 and fiery moats
Mario Kart 64 was better to me. Had more fun and memorable moments with that one. The mirror tracks were a nice addition, too. But the snes version was also dope and its battle mode >>>> n64 version.

The cpu on the 64 version be on some bullshyt tho :birdman:

The Snes version was better for the simple facts that the tracks took a lot more skill to drive and the CPU didn't assist weaker drivers with auto comeback items. If Snes version had 4 players there wouldn't even be a debate. I don't like games that hold your hand and try to keep weaker players in the mix with better drivers or easy tracks.

man, words cannot express the memorable moments the og mario kart gave me and my childhood friends. im kinda shocked at the amount of n64 responses, but i guess its the age disparity. nowadays, everything is all about online multiplayer, but back in the 90's, if you had og mario kart, turtles in time, street fighter, mortal kombat, twisted metal 2... your house was live. had the n64 kart, but it didn't grasp me like the snes version. the level design in the og kart was :banderas:

I don't know if it's age breh, since I said Mario Kart 64, and I had the original and played the hell out of it all the way back in 1992 (I was 5 then). After looking at some YT clips, I'm starting to come around on Super MK though; the level design and brilliant simplicity is just :wow: :banderas:. I haven't played either since like 2001 though.
