At least the ones from May were Test Screenings with people not even knowing they were seeing the movie.

These reactions aren't fan screenings, the Army/Navy got to see it early because Ayer is ex-Navy. Also critics/insiders troll as well, remember Devin F. saying "Me and 6 other people at the BvS junket agree on one thing, I can't wait to drop this review" he ended up hating it. A number of writers from different sites all said "I heard BvS is awesome or great" then ended up blasting it. Point is that I would rather trust the GA than critics who like to start flame wars between DC/Marvel for clicks.

Word. Nothing has changed its just its more of it and fanboys love validation. The idea that you can love this thing and the gatekeepers love it is like a teacher giving you an A+ and you feeling like "damn right I got an A" because you're passionate about it. So when people crap on this thing you love people get offended and reactionary rather than saying "hm ok cool that's their opinion. I disagree"
I don't because I judge movies on my own scale of what I expect out them . The people who care are I feel basing this off the marvel movies getting good reviews so then if DC gets a bad review they assume it must be true . Yet I hate a movie like the witch and I love horror but it got great reviews and the critics blasted fans for being dumb for not loving the witch .
