Giving the badge without the chip is another way to trick someone. How can they be trustworthy to know if they aren't going to give it to her anyways b/c they have no "NON-RFID" Badges.

i'm only commenting on what i know. I suppose they could say they aren't doing it and do it anyways. RFID is going to be much more common place and i'm pretty sure will be the stepping stone to "The Mark", but it is what it is.

I know this isn't what you meant but I feel this way about religion.
There's a lot of good there and most would benefit from it, however; there's a LARGE segment of it that turns so many off. There's always a "but" that tends to make things really bad, at least more difficult to draw people towards religion.
