what is the point of that though? if the only reason kids are suppose to wear them is because of the chip

I don't see anything wrong with a kid wearing a badge, RFID is , requiring it is silly. And they do not require it so your argument is moot

So? The damage has been done already. Sue. She had to go to court to get that offer while other students are still under the same rule or will be suspended. Theres no opt out on badges

i can see suing for them causing her to miss school...that's not why she's suing.
I can see not wanting the badge for personal/privacy reasons, that's not this.
I can see all of this causing the RFID thing to go the way of the Do-Do.In fact I support that. - that's not this.

what are they trying to do with it anyway? I guess you could see if kids are skipping class or whatever, but you can do that by just taking attendance

Giving the badge without the chip is another way to trick someone. How can they be trustworthy to know if they aren't going to give it to her anyways b/c they have no "NON-RFID" Badges.

If the little boy doesn't like it go to a different school. Damn I'm growing tired of these crazy ass religious folk. I remember I took this chick out to Red Lobsters back in the day and she said she doesn't eat shellfish because of the Bible. I ate a lobster right in her face, ordered her a salad, and dropped her ass back at home. Saved me some money!
