How the fukk you gonna be a lawyer for someone else when you can’t even advocate for yourself?

Before I apply to a job I look up the demographic on their site and linkedin. It takes effort to hire only white ppl with a few asians thrown in, so I dont even waste my time. I also dont apply to companies that have a few black women and no black males or moist looking black dudes.
You apply to jobs based on if they have hard looking brehs working there or not?

Yea because I know if I'm the only black person I will become the best person on the job. Out performing my white co workers. With a bunch of black co workers you know you go have to constantly compete for the top spot. Kinda like when Jackie Robinson was the best baseball player in the league then he had major competition when other black baseball players joined the league

Yes. Not to shyt on black ppl but I applied to an all black nonprofit. They strung me the fukk along for months. Then finally sent me an email saying they weren’t interested and then 2 weeks later wanted me to do another interview as all the people I spoke to prior were either fired or quit or some other shyt.

How can you tell if the company has gay black men based on stats from Linkedin?
I look at actual profiles of employees
