This has been known. I figured this out when I was a top performing employee at my prior job and everyone I tried to get on that was black never even got interviewed but cacs could always get they people hired

I went on my school directory of all the 3l's in the school and then looked up everyone on LinkedIn. 95% of the kids all have jobs at elite big law firms or are clerking for a judge. All of us still unemployed are ados. the cacs, asians, indians, black immigrants are all eating.
