- the alleged paperwork was written by the dude who snitched on bimmy, it wasn't written by any lawyer or court official
-dude who is bringing up these accusations has been locked up for 20+ years

What paperwork has anyone ever seen naming a confidential informant? This is an appeal document written up by someone doing life for killing somebody. If you’ve ever read an appeal from someone in prison, they can make anything sound legitimate. They have literally nothing but time to read and write. If they put that much effort into learning when they were a free man, they probably wouldn’t be in there
