PEople in here happy as fukk at jays new direction.

He obv has nothing else to rap about so hes going to all he has left. It woulda worked like nas untitled album but nas had those type of records his whole career

Jay had a career worth of "money cash hoes" records with bitten insight, now hes telling people to get credit like jews and dont do what he did after 20 years of promoting ignorance.

"Big pimping spending gs" to "get credit dont make it rain in the club".

Ive noticed jay been hopping on trends like a motherfukker since american gangster. This just his next phase of fake raps.

He literally had a song 11 years ago called 30 Something rapping about having good credit:mjgrin:

So does one song on be fiscally respnsible make up for the 100 others.

This jay z we talking about. The guy who made everyone wanna be a hustler

the streets school us to spend our money foolish
Bond with jewellers and, watch for intruders
I stepped it up another level, meditated like a buddhist
Recruited lieutenants with ludicrous, dreams of
Gettin cream let's do this, it gets tedious
So I keep one eye open like, C-B-S, ya see me
Stressed right? Can I live?
Can I live?
Can I live?
Can I live?
Ha-hah, Roc-A-Fella y'all

Niqqa been telling u from the jump. Y'all niqqas acting like this brand new. :skip:

It's y'all fault. Don't complain now.

Everywhere...You never there.
He didn't change. He's capitalizing off "the woke" movement. He's as disingenuous as a person can get. "I'm giving you a million dollars wortha game for $9.99" WTF? You so concerned about your people and wanting them to make it, why aren't giving them "game" for free? He's so concerned about black ownership, why didn't he partner with a black company for the launch? Is Sprint suddenly black owned?

Imma leave this here... :mjlol:

I think that maybe I would have felt better about the usage of such provocative racial imagery in "The Story of OJ" if he didn't use a white director for it, bypassing Ryan Coogler, Hype, Benny Boom, Paris Barclay, Spike Lee, Ava Duvernay, Malcolm Lee, Paul Hunter, Julie Dash, John Singleton, Carl Franklin,
Kevin Bray, etc.

Wondering if Mark's supersize checks from RocNation are signed "Still A nikka."

After weeks of hints, teases, trailers, and promos, JAY-Z has dropped his latest album “4:44” — available only on streaming service Tidal — along with a much-hyped visual accompaniment in the form of an animated music video directed by the rapper and Mark Romanek.

While expectations long held that JAY-Z would deliver a full visual album to match the new album, likely drawing inspiration from his own wife Beyonce’s work on her lauded “Lemonade,” a lush and compelling visual album that accompanied her latest album while standing magnificently on its own, the result appears to be something much slimmer and more traditional.

Young nikkas will never really understand the role this nikka played in fukking up the minds of our generation and peeling back all the work put it in the 80s/early 90s by the NOI, NGE, Ausar Auset, all the conscious hip hop of the 80s/90s, etc.

Sometimes I really be thinking dude been an agent all this time.

There's a reason Pac hated this nikka even though they never crossed paths.

But I do wonder when we'll get off of the craze of repackaging black pathology for our own consumption and others.

Packaging black pathology for self-consumption is the overriding issue.

Do we encourage the children to study STEM and take AP courses, or do we desire their futures to include "rinsing" their
street earnings so they can invest in a Picasso one day?

Gold-plated quarters where the butlers be
I'mma play the corners where the hustlers be
I told him, "Please don't die over the neighborhood
That your mama rentin'
Take your drug money and buy the neighborhood
That's how you rinse it"

Yup. I remember the corny wannabe hard dudes telling me jay > nas cuz "jay a hustla, he gets money". Dude inspired a whole generation with his semi deep wannabe nas self.

The way jayz fools the stupid people in the world is mad funny.

I don't understand your position, breh?

Are you angry or disappointed? If so, at whom?

You're calling Jay Z a sellout for making commercially viable songs?

Who is the other person in Forbes that you're referencing?
