They don't have to moderate or flag his post. They choose to do so. Ever with section 230 there in immense pressure on both sites to police their content. Trump's beef is he doesn't want them to police his content or anything he agrees with. Repealing section 230 isn't going to help him there at all. All that's gonna do is mean that Facebook and Twitter will be held liable for the content their users post. That means they can't really exist because the lawsuits would become unmanageable.Right - thats why they were flagging Trump's tweets..and were in line to ban him

He can't really legislate moderation of a private site like that. Twitter and Facebook are under no legal obligation to allow him to post there. Like any other private citizen he should have to follow their rules if he wants to use their site.
