You didn't read part of the. Article.

You're making up a hypothetical that is legally impossible. Hence the reason we've discounted your bad faith arguments as nothing more than running with a bullshyt conservative narrative.

:gucci:

P. S. Plenty of businesses are open and are doing less business because most people aren't comfortable being out in public in ways they were before due to Covid.

:unimpressed:
the only bad faith arguments are coming from democrat shills

feel free to make a good faith post explaining how and why the republicans would agree to extending 600 a week, what leverage nancy has to make that happen, and the bill's path through this current congress

otherwise you should just admit that the dems should accept the 300 :yeshrug:millionaire nancy holding out, and HL posters saying the republicans are bad people, isnt getting the unemployed an extra 1200 a month

I got the first two weeks of the $300 a few days ago but I found it weird that I couldn't withdraw any money from a Bank of America ATM Saturday.

Like it got overloaded with requests that day in my area :deadmanny:

CA and NY are headed for complete economic implosion unless Biden wins. That's the only way they're getting bailed out with no strings attached. None of this was their fault obviously, you can blame Trump for the idiotic response and later for the targeted sabotage of states like CA and NY.
Wouldn’t the US be literally be headed the same way since CA and NY provide the overwhelming majority of the US funds?

Sorry, we want a comprehensive solution and not a half measure.

Anything else is just wasting money.

Because it isn't going to protect them from evictions, provide them with health care services and a host of other issues.

Sorry, not everyone is your 25yo friend with 2 roommates and no responsibilities beyond paying rent, smoking weed, and trying to fukk bytches.

apparently it's only a fantasy in this first world country.:francis:
oh really? other countries are passing the bills he described? like who?

france replacing 80 percent of salaries is the only example ive heard, and the republican bill plus state unemployment is at least 60 percent for most people. plus france is a fifth our size

any other examples?

:patrice: id have to disagree with "none" of this being their fault. lets not act like both states didnt have substantial financial issues before covid

theyve both been overpromising public employees for decades, and shytting on their own residents by extorting the taxes it takes to pay for it. corona just exacerbated their problem
