Trump and his cronies will get Mnuchin to start talking about a stimulus package mid july, followed by the package getting passed late july to early August.

I agree they will pass some sort of stimulus. But they seem adamant about not extending that $600-week unemployment to force people back to work.

I'm having a tough time seeing which jobs will be available for people to come back to

I think they are going to have to extend federal unemployment..even if it's only 200 bucks a week rather than 600

@lib123 remember, unemployment was granted an additional 13 weeks so it's not as if everyone unemployed will be getting 0. Perhaps it will be 300 or 400 a week extra..who knows

They really need a distraction ( sports to come back), now they just rob people blind while giving them crumbs. Some people will be aight the first week, heck maybe even the first month but come @September

State unemployment which is probably 200-400 a week won’t be enough for most people.

Yea i think they're not trying to send anymore money, but this virus is coming back in the fall and we'll be back in the same position as we were before. The states down south are now getting hit by it, so their economy will be going thru it as well. I know there's some people in congress that those states are being affected by this, i wonder how they feel about their own residents suffering from this mess.
