look, you can't even accept the fact that 70 percent of people got a raise off this, and that small business owners are having trouble bringing people back
so we can't have a serious conversation about any of this until you do. i'm not sure why you're pretending you want to discuss this in good faith. this isn't a real discussionand if i posted articles about that i'd probably get banned

One question on unemployment form is if they refused an offer to return to work
If states reinstate that requirement (for example my state isnt currently requiring people to actively seek employment) then that would resolve your issue.
Additionally, many people will exhaust their state benefits in the somewhat near future so congress will pretty much have to extend the federal 600. But if the economy is reopening and they get rid of the waivers on job searches then i really do not see the issue here

1. Reinstate job search requirement
2. Reinstate return to work requirement (perhaps with caveats and the right to appeal)
3. Extend benefits until January 1st (perhaps with slight increase to offset the exhaustion of state benefits OR issue another stimulus check)
