If :ahh: served mega and pee then what is this:francis: smh

:wow::damn: P snapped on the opening verse then Mega broke nas dwn like he was nothing.

Whose tale you tellin'? Are you frail or felon?
Were you makin' sales or watchin' nikkas sellin'?
You exploit nikkas lives in your rhymes and then avoid 'em:mjpls:
You never felt the moisture in the air over coke boilin'
You never felt the razor scrapin' your plate
Your hands achin' yet you keep choppin' cause there's paper to make
You never felt the power of invincibility
Clutchin' a gun like, fukk it dun, it's him or me:aicmon:
At your best you was a hand-to-hand
No more than three grams
What the fukk you know about a ki', man?
You never hustled:umad:
Lets get it right, my nikka Y would've stuck you
Stop dry snitchin' in your rhymes, listen
What you tryin' to do? Help the guys in blue?

Stop dry snitchin' in your rhymes, listen
What you tryin' to do? Help the guys in blue?
Indict nikkas so that can be another rhyme for you?:scusthov:

You a parasite, you never had a life
So you throw other nikkas lives in your pad at night
It's clever when you write it
Spoken well for a dude who never been indicted
You know the deal mothafukka, the real make the fake nikkas kneel:martin:

You minor league
I'm big time like Mark McGwire's team
Your whole team is p*ssy, when I squeeze, vaginas bleed:damn::pee106:

Was this beef ever explained?

Been screaming it from the cheap seats for 20 years now.

1. Illmatic
2. Stillmatic
3. IWW
4. Lost Tapes
5. LIG

Take off Braveheart Party (I think they did take it off) and MAYBE Smokin and Rule (I love both)...and it's a perfect flawless album, imo. Every song has a different concept and direction...fukk every song, almost every verse does. Nigs don't/can't do that bro, he said he wanted to show nigs how to rap and be a rapper with that album...it's exactly that to me, a manual for how to be an incredible rap artist.

Classics: Intro, Ether, You're The Man, Rewind, One Mic, 2nd Childhood, The Flyest, What Goes Around, Every Ghetto

Dope: Got Yourself A Gun, Smokin, Destroy & Rebuild

Solid: Rule, My Country

Weak: Braveheart Party

Overall: classic, don't let the hipster cacs and Roc Nation interns rewrite history on this.

the only problem with Stillmatic is that the 1st half was flawless, then the 2nd half didn't live up to the first half(though there were some great songs).

Braveheart Party(later taken off the album)
Every Ghetto
My Country

He could have kept those. They aren't wack, but just didn't really belong. Now, I bought 2 versions of this album. On the European version(I was in Europe when this dropped) had 3 bonus tracks. "No idea's original" (not the Lost Tapes version), "Everybody's Crazy", and another one that I can't think of right now. Classic album though. At first I thought those few tracks would fukk up the status of the album, but I feel it's Nas' 3rd best album. I personally feel that Blueprint is the better overall album than Stillmatic, but I like Stillmatic more and have listened to it a hell of a lot more than BP. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone.. Even BP had 2 tracks that most people skip through.
